WELCOME

Welcome to Chatter by the Charles! (one of four Toastmasters clubs that meet at MIT.)

Chatter By the Charles aims to improve the public speaking and leadership skills of its members by providing guidance and a friendly, supportive learning environment.

We believe that through diligent participation in the Toastmasters Communication and Leadership program, anyone can learn to speak more effectively, conduct a meeting, manage a department or business, lead, delegate, and motivate.

Our members are students and professionals of the Greater Boston area with a concentration from MIT and institutions in Cambridge.

We welcome all guests regardless of speaking experience.  Directions to find us can be found here.

We invite you to visit our club news and FAQ pages for more information about our club and its activities.  Please visit our membership page for details on how to join us. Feel free to contact us for any questions and comments.
