Chatter by the Charles (CBTC) started off the new year with a generous donation from Novartis Corporation, courtesy of Mr. Richard Spada, Director of Global Leadership and Management Development Programs. Mr. Spada both engaged and inspired CBTC members by sharing practical techniques for successful speaking. These proven techniques have contributed to his success as a professional public speaker within his corporation. It is no surprise that his positive influence has converted our treasurer, Jeff Day, into a semi-professional speaker in less then a year!
